The people working here were really nice, the room was great - I especially loved the comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of options. It was awesome to have shower supplies, a hair dryer, and big fluffy bath towels included. 🛁

The rooms of our place were quiet and clean with comfy bed. The employees at the hotel were competent. Its location was comfortable and perfect, near in a very nice, the restaurant & good breakfast and autoroute.

The comfortable rooms and good buffet breakfast make it a great choice for a one-night stay at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable rate.

It was a good stopping off point on the route south

Our welcome from the person on the desk was less than friendly- she did not raise her head for the whole of our transaction. Nor did she smile or give us any feeling of welcome. For tired people on a long journey this was not very pleasant.

Some of the information in the room was in english, pitty this did not carry on with the menu in the restuant.

The staff did not speak english, and as we dont speak french it became difficult to communicate with the waitress, to the extent that she ignored us and made no effort to communicate with us, She did not ask us what we would like for dinner or try to explain what was available on the menu, it took another customer who assisted us to obtain a meal in the resturant while the waitress stood and watched. We got the feeling that if this other customer did not help us, we would not have received a meal that evening.

We stayed at Campanile in Thiers for one night as a stopover during our journey through France. The location was excellent, just off the A89, with a gas station next door. The check-in process was easy, and they provided free WiFi, a decent breakfast, on-site restaurant, and ample parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with toiletries available in the bathroom. The staff were pleasant, and our room facing the garden was quiet.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Not really a complaint as our fault for being last to breakfast, but not much food left!

Location was convenient - near a Campanile and close to the center of town. I stayed for one night and it was all good!

Normal Campanile standard, very good for an overnight stop. Helpful, friendly staff - gave us a quiet room, as requested.

The location just off the autoroute makes it a convenient stopover, and its proximity to the centre of Thiers allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a comfy bed and a good breakfast, ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory and nothing was amiss.

The location of the hotel was easily accessible with friendly staff, clean room and bathroom with hot shower and comfortable beds. The availability of kettle and tea bags in the room along with a good-sized desk was a plus point. The parking space was ample and getting a ground floor room was convenient for carrying luggage.

The parking lot had plenty of space and we loved that our ground floor room made it easy to bring in our luggage. The buffet dinner was absolutely mind-blowing, with a wide variety of delicious choices that left us satisfied and happy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location close to the autoroute made it easily accessible and perfect for breaking up our journey. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with an amazing experience.
